You have nothing to do but be open to release.

This is an ideal option for busy people, who live in other countries & time zones. It allows you to take care of yourself, show up for yourself & not have to rearrange your schedule, just go about your day.

This session will be completed on the day of booking completely by remote. You will receive an email telling you about your release with in 24-48 hours.
